If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal data under the following legal bases:
Contract performance: processing necessary to provide the Platform and fulfill our agreement with you (account management, purchases, core features);
Legitimate interests: analytics, security, fraud prevention, and Platform improvement, where these interests are not overridden by your rights;
Consent: personalized advertising and any optional data processing where we ask for your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time;
Legal obligation: where we are required to process data by applicable law.
4. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing
We share your data with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Analytics
Firebase / Google Analytics (Google LLC) — collects usage data, device information, and session events to help us understand Platform performance. Google may process this data on servers located outside your country. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Advertising Networks (Mobile Apps)
The mobile applications may display ads served by one or more of the following advertising partners. Each partner collects advertising identifiers and interaction data in accordance with their own privacy policies:
Google AdMob (Google LLC) — policies.google.com/privacy
Meta Audience Network (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — privacycenter.facebook.com
Unity Ads / ironSource (Unity Technologies / IronSource Ltd) — unity.com/legal/privacy-policy
AppLovin / MAX (AppLovin Corporation) — applovin.com/privacy
These partners may use your Advertising ID (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) to deliver personalized ads and measure their effectiveness. On iOS, ad tracking requires your explicit consent via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. On Android, you may opt out through your device settings.
Website Advertising
The website displays advertisements served by Google AdSense (Google LLC) or other third-party advertising partners. The list of partners may change over time. Each partner operates under its own privacy policy and may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads. Personalized advertising on the website may depend on your cookie consent preferences; where required by law, personalized ads are only shown with your consent.

Google (Google LLC) — policies.google.com/privacy
Apple (Apple Inc.) — available on mobile apps. apple.com/legal/privacy
Facebook (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — available on the website. privacycenter.facebook.com
Infrastructure
Your data is stored and processed using third-party cloud infrastructure, including hosting, storage, and content delivery services. We ensure that our infrastructure providers maintain appropriate security standards and, where required, enter into data processing agreements with us.
Legal and Safety Disclosures
We may disclose your personal data to law enforcement, regulators, or other parties where required by applicable law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Company, our users, or the public.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Platform and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy.
Account data is retained until you delete your account, after which it is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention obligations;
User-uploaded content (published puzzles) may be retained in backup or cached systems for a limited period following deletion;
Usage and analytics data is retained in aggregated or anonymized form;
Purchase records may be retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws;
Support communications are retained for as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform, remember your preferences, analyze usage, and (where applicable) serve advertising.
Types of cookies we use:
Essential cookies: required for the Platform to function (e.g., session management, authentication);
Analytics cookies: used by Firebase / Google Analytics to collect usage data;
Advertising cookies: may be used on the website to measure ad performance.
Where required by applicable law (including for users in the EEA and UK), we use a cookie consent mechanism that allows you to manage your preferences for advertising and analytics cookies before they are set.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling essential cookies may affect Platform functionality. For more information on managing cookies, visit allaboutcookies.org.
Do Not Track. Some browsers transmit a Do Not Track (DNT) signal. We currently do not alter our data collection practices in response to DNT signals, as there is no universally accepted standard for how to respond to them.
7. Your Privacy Rights
All Users
Regardless of your location, you may:
Access, correct, or update your account data through your profile settings;
Delete your account at any time through your profile settings;
Opt out of personalized advertising on iOS via the ATT prompt, and on Android via your device's advertising settings;
Contact us at [email protected] with any privacy-related request.

California residents may opt out of such sharing where it constitutes cross-context behavioral advertising under the CPRA;
Right to limit use of sensitive personal information: we do not use sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to provide the Platform;
Right to non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
To submit a CCPA request, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 45 days as required by law.
8. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will delete or anonymize that data promptly, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at [email protected].
9. International Data Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country.
Where we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to third countries, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or we rely on adequacy decisions where applicable.
Our third-party service providers (including Google, Meta, Unity, and AppLovin) maintain their own international transfer mechanisms as described in their respective privacy policies.
10. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. These include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and regular security reviews.
No system is completely secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data. In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the Platform or by email where required by applicable law. The updated Policy will be effective as of the date indicated at the top of the document.
We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
